Two retired high school teachers from Southern California move to a 100 acre ranch in rural Northern New Mexico. Why the name? 510 is our livestock brand, so Nickel and Dime it is.
I can only imagine how it must be to be by a crackling fire. We're suburbanites and have a gas fireplace (converted some years ago from wood-burning). I may just have to go out and get myself a "chiminea," though--a little fireplace to put on the patio, and there I can use my logs!
